Email Channel Manager - Telecom

The Email Channel Manager (Snr.) is responsible for assisting with the management of the organization's marketing automation tools, servicing internal clients with their email campaign requests, and ensuring that Company makes the most out all marketing opportunities.

Duties will include:

- Delivering on our digital strategy across the company, working with multiple stakeholders within the Customer Success Group to encourage lead generation, customer retention, and customer loyalty.

- Making use of Marketo to execute requests/briefs originating from the marketing team.

- Developing strategies for capturing information at key points in the customer life cycle, and feeding the business with reports.

- Customer Journey Mapping - maximizing commercial opportunities through the development of email nurture tracks.

- Working closely with all departments to ensure our email tools work effectively for all stakeholders.

- Overseeing direct communications with customers and prospects through email tools.

- Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.

- Developing testing strategies for all aspects of our email channels (content, look and feel, audience analysis, regional segmentation, etc.) to ensure the most effective approach for Company.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing, ideally within the telecommunications industry.

- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation technologies (e.g. Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua).

- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferable).

- A strong background in developing customer acquisition strategies (experience in developing re-engagement and retention strategies a plus).

- Strong communication skills, and demonstrable capacity for strong collaboration within a large corporate environment/ organization.
