- Managing complete Recruitment Life Cycle including Manpower planning, resourcing both internal & external manpower
- Identifying the possible sources, selecting the best candidate and negotiating & fitting them at right place at right time.
- Aligned with Business to understand the business needs in terms of HR supports, manpower requirement, making organization structure defining Job descriptions for all unique positions.-
- Formulating a strategic and systematic Recruitment Plan to meet the Companies manpower requirements in cost effective manner within a given time frame by exploring the various sources of recruitment apart from Job Portal such as Job SMS, Advertisements, Mass mailing, etc
