Eloelo - Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to make informed product decisions. Analyze user behavior, trends, and market data to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.

- User Empathy: Develop a deep understanding of our users and their pain points. Advocate for user needs and ensure that the products we build address their concerns and desires effectively.

- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and successful product development. Collaborate with various stakeholders to prioritize and implement product features.

- User Experience & Journeys: Lead the enhancement of user experiences by creating seamless and intuitive user journeys. Focus on improving product usability and overall customer satisfaction.

- User Research: Plan, execute, and analyze user research to gather insights that inform product development. Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to validate product hypotheses and iterate on designs.

- Impatience to Make Impact: Have a strong sense of urgency and a proactive attitude towards delivering results. Continuously seek opportunities to make a meaningful impact on our product and business.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Experience Required - 6-8 years

- Proven experience in product management with a track record of successfully delivering products to market.

- Proficiency in using analytics and data tools to draw actionable insights.

- Experience in user-centered design and usability testing is a plus.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
