Well-organized and good time management skills 4. High problem-solving abilities. 5. Very strong with negotiations with influencers/influencer agents/ intermediaries and content manufacturers. 6. Excellent data analysis, data interpretation, and first principle problem-solving approach. What Will You Be Doing - Developing, executing, and managing Influencer Marketing campaigns across online platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Quora, Facebook, Twitter & Linkedin. - End-to-end operations oversight: planning execution of the influencer marketing calendar across categories (objective setting, KPI planning, platform selection, influencer identification outreach, negotiation, content creation, deployment, measurement) - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting influencer relationships. - Own and manage the short-term and long-term influencer calendar. - Intersecting and aligning the right kind of content with the core features of the Eloelo app. - Day-to-day management, including the review of influencer trackers, reports, recaps, maintaining database invoices, budget management, etc. - Track daily KPIs and ROI that is attributable to the influencer marketing efforts. ROI to include the cost of registration; cost of relevant user registration; projected LTV. - Evangelize Eloelo amongst the influencer community including reaching out to new influencers, activating existing influencers, and building and maintaining a strong relationship. - Engaging with top influencers operating in India across regions/sectors/platforms
