Job Description

eLitmus - India's largest solution provider for assessment and recruitment of fresh engineers. We have extended our services to include online coding challenges, employee assessment prior to appraisals. We are working on some more cool tech.

We are looking to hire some great talent to be part of fledging experienced hiring practice.

Role: Intrapreneur - Sr. Associate (Team Lead)

About you :

1. Driven to be master of all

- Remember this opportunity is calling out for intrapreneurs !! Intrapreneurs are nothing but entrepreneurs who team up with like minded companies to grow them. These folks grow into CEOs in future and remember CEOs know it all - finance, sales/ marketing, manufacturing, technology, HR et al.

- For example if you work for an IT services company for a Client X . You should know inside out about your project, your customer, their competitor etc - essentially naturally curious

2. Play to win

- Every young person dreams of conquering the world. Where one fails is (a) in pushing one's limit (b) not taking ownership for results. You obviously are not one of them. You would hate it when some one pats at you back saying "That was a wonderful effort, so its ok you missed out on the result"

3. Pursue excellence

- And this would mean you being your biggest critique. If you are not used to finding fault with your strategy, execution or arguments - stay away

4. Can take ambiguity/ Find their own way

- As mentioned before - we are hiring for a business which is very young. So unlike large companies where processes are set and you are told what to do, here you are only told about results - how is something you figure out and get it done!!

Experience/ Eligibility

- At least two years of experience in software industry prior to joining MBA course.

- Thorough understanding of IT technologies

What will you do:

Be a part of young experienced hiring team. Unlike fresher hiring where eLitmus is the Gold Standard, this is a young practice. Right from product, processes, technology, delivery, marketing - every thing needs to evolve. Essentially traverse the entire journey - start from caveman and evolve into a modern day human. Remember Bhavish, founder of Ola, ended up being a driver to a rider in early days because the cab driver did not turn up !!

Why look at this opportunity :

- The key ingredient to get a business started in past has been - land, capital, manufacturing technology etc. In future it will be human capital !! That is why you chose to pursue MBA in HR - right? Why future, already in few of the product companies, the Talent acquisition head are making more money than the senior most tech guys !!

- Also in the fast expansion stage of last decade, most of the talent which has taken up recruitment as a career is sub par. So if you are good - sky will be the limit for your growth. Also having established this practice, you will have freedom to build up HR consulting/ advisory practice for eLitmus (yes that is where we are headed next).

- Last but not the least, during build up phase - learning is huge !! One of our team members who was part of early phase is candid that he learnt more at eLitmus than at IIM-A (did MBA post leaving eLitmus) !!

Compensation :
