Position: Presales (Telecom)
Job Location - Mumbai
Exp Range: 10+ Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible to lead, manage and mentor presales team.
- This position will closely support the Elitecore's Billing product division's Technical Sales Solution group - In development of the solution architecture
- Engage with business sales team to position Elitecore's Billing product portfolio to potential customers.
- Prepare RFP / RFI compliance and support the sales team during the bidding process
- Support the project management teams to enable solution delivery.
- Engage with prospect customers for briefings, demos, Proof of concepts around their billing requirements.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge & experience in Technical Architecture, design & delivery of OSS/BSS solution for telecom space.
- Experience in emerging technologies & industry standards.
- Knowledge & understanding of various network elements of the telecom space & understanding of service delivery platforms.
- Knowledge & Familiarity with functions of Order Management, Billing, CRM, provisioning etc for telecom networks.
Non Technical Skills:
- Strong presentation & communication skills around proposed solutions to assist in sales cycle.
- Ability & mindset to work with different teams and engage with teams from different regions during various stages of any project execution & bid management.
- Ability to relate business & technology requirements of customers in the OSS/BSS space for telecom providers and have proven experience & capabilities for solution offering.
Educational Qualification: B.E./MCA/M.tech and MBA is an added advantage.
