Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities in the target regions.

Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential challenges in the US or European regions.
- Develop comprehensive export strategies aligned with company goals, considering market demands, competition, and regulatory requirements.
Logistics and Supply Chain Management:
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation, shipping, and warehousing, to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee supply chain operations to optimize efficiency and minimize disruptions.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation standards for export activities.
- Manage documentation such as contracts, shipping papers, and export/import licenses.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead and mentor a team of export specialists, coordinators, or assistants.
- Collaborate with internal departments like sales, marketing, finance, and production to streamline export processes.
Risk Management and Problem-solving:
- Identify potential risks in export operations and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the export process, ensuring quick resolution.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on export performance, sales forecasts, market trends, and KPIs for management review.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies as needed.
