Roles and Responsibilities:

- The legal Head's role involves managing a wide range of legal activities, including contract management, corporate governance, legal research, and enforcement of intellectual property rights, while also providing strategic support for key business initiatives and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

- Collaborate with Indian and international law firms and lawyers to address legal issues, obtain legal advice, and manage legal matters effectively.

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating International commercial contracts for various business units and corporate functions

- Knowledge of incorporation of companies for international and corporate-related matters.

- Supporting key business initiatives like JVs and overseas businesses.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Conduct in-depth legal research on complex regulations and legal issues, providing insights and recommendations to implement processes, policies, and compliance measures.

- Getting in touch with International Legal Consultants for hearings from the court and any further legal needs.

- Send legal emails and notices to online websites and companies for violating Company Trademarks.

Requirements and Skills:

- Relevant Experience of 10 to 15 years

- Excellent communication skills both Verbal and Written (additional international Language will be an added advantage)

- Ready to work at Flexible Shift.

- Ready to travel (Domestic and International).

- Knowledge of the Incorporation of companies at the International Level.

- Sound Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and other technological tools.
