Job Description:

- The candidate will support the team to meet the staffing needs of current and future projects

- He or she will identify new candidates and manage them through the full recruiting life cycle

- Responsible for staffing/recruitment of NON-IT positions for CBV employees in Canada (Toronto & Burnaby)

- Working on all data required for Staffing

- Must have excellent interviewing & communication skill

- Sourcing most relevant and quality profiles as per the requirement preference and Schedule interviews

- Managing the entire recruiting process, from requisition initiation to sourcing

- Scheduling candidates for interviews from discussing the opportunity, presenting the resume, coordinating the interviews & follow-up

- End to end staffing and meeting the required numbers

- Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
