Job Responsibilities :
- Month end closing of the assigned business units, Preparing Financial Statement.
- Day to day management of finance operations including daily cash sheet, payable, AR management etc.
- Ensuring all financial and accounting practices are in line with all statutory regulations, and complying with annual tax audit.
- Preparing the budgets, KPIs & financial matrix for product lines and working closely with the senior management, product P&L leaders to control the variance.
- Financial analysis at product and department levels, to improve efficiency & profit margins.
- Implementing best practices and continuous improvement in financial controls and business processes.
- Managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Supporting acquisition activities both at due diligence and business integration levels.
- Working with US banks and other vendors Paypal, Authorize.net etc.
The candidate must have :
- 6+ years of progressive Accounting experience.
- At least 3+ years of CA experience, which includes managing AR, AP, GL, Audit and financial reporting.
- Been familiar with US GAAP and working with US CFOs, US Auditors, tax consultants etc.
- Have independently managed end to end financial and reporting for a BU.
- Should have been involved in transition after acquisitions.
- Team Management experience
- Ensured strong internal controls for financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of general accounting and principles.
- Independently managed MEC. AR, AP and IC.
- Experience in ERP.
