Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Faridabad (may have to travel occasionally to Noida and Chennai )
Shift Timings: 11.30 AM-8.00PM
Qualification : MBA or equivalent Degree
Experience Range: 7-9 years
CTC: upto 13 LPA
Job description
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Support the recruitment/hiring process, background checks, issuing employment contracts etc.
- Work closely with management to formulate and implement HR policies.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
- Manages or facilitates employee disputes/complaints, benefit or payroll issues/questions, facility requests/issues, disciplinary plans, etc.
- Identify training needs of teams and individuals, formulate training programs and coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Responsible for employee engagement and retention programs
Key Skills Needed(CTQ- s) { Must Have }
- Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, etc.)
- Know-how of managing performance management procedures
- Should be we well versed with local laws and compliances
- Ability to handle multiple locations simultaneously. Should be open to travel as and when required.
- Excellent Communications skills.

Exposure to handle administration related activities.
