Salary Range (INR) - 6-10 Lacs/ Annum

Job description :

1. Create and execute marketing plans which contributes to the overall revenue of the business.

2. Work on email acquisition strategy and spend, and take accountability for KPIs including volume, and ROAS

3. Utilize all tools (email marketing, automation, social media, content marketing) at disposal to generate site traffic & revenue

4. Engage with the content marketing team to create more content based product lines.

5. Ability to read & research and implement to create effective content.

6. Collaborate with various cross functional team to get the best output to his/her marketing plan.

7. Segmentation & profiling of customers as well as prospects and interact with the link & database building team to generate quality prospect database

8. Keeping a track on market, analyzing trends and making valuable recommendation to product teams

9. Open for new product formats and opportunity areas to grow business

10. Keep a close eye on the website, its look & feel, user experience, customer feedback & channel back the insights to the team

Handling a team of 2-4 marketers :

Key Skills Needed(CTQs) { Must Have } :

1. Exceptional Marketing acumen - Proficient with Email Marketing, Content, affiliate, and Digital Marketing

2. Excellent verbal & written communication skills

3. Must have experience in making Go-To-Marketing strategies, creating marketing plans and customer profiling.

4. Strong knowledge of US healthcare market

5. Team handling experience

6. Hands-knowledge on HTML, Responsive design, Email design

7. Ability to take accountability for revenue targets

Desired Skills (CTPs) { Good to have } :

1. Experience on marketing automation and CRM tools

2. Experience on Digital marketing, Social Media Marketing

3. Data Analytic skills
