There are 4 business regions namely Americas, Europe, ISAAME (India, South Asia, Africa, Middle East) and OSEA (Oceania and Southeast Asia) THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES The ideal candidate will have experience of B2B product marketing and demand generation, ideally within the manufacturing sector. The position will own the creation and execution of lead generation and marketing strategies for ELGi ISAAME, overseeing the execution of a wide variety of marketing activities, including multi-channel (ATL and BTL) marketing campaigns, product launches and customer facing activations, and digital channels including email, SEA, SEO, eCommerce, and social media. This role will call for demonstrated prior experience working with multi-cultural functional experts, cross functional teams, sales leadership and teams, the channel network and partner agencies. Must be highly detail orientated, a team-player, very well organised and capable of developing and keeping to a project timeline. You would also ideally be a creative, self-starter with sharp business acumen and a focus on getting the job done. This position is a part of ELGi global marketing function reporting into the VP Global Marketing. The candidate will work closely with ELGi ISAAME sales leaders and sales team, business development, aftermarket, and product management functions, as well as ELGi's global marketing multi regional team. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Creation and execution of growth focused demand generation strategies aligned to the commercial needs of the business. - Delivering all elements of the marketing plans and strategy within deadlines and budget. - Developing and managing regional marketing plans and executing all demand generation initiatives and channel marketing activities. - Building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Seamlessly ensuring regular updates and reports to senior leadership - sales and marketing. - Planning and executing product launches, customer/partner events and tradeshows and other BTL activities. - Developing and expanding the quality and coverage of contact databases for sales - Manage the production of the marketing communication materials and sales enablement tools. Partner with the digital marketing COE to manage and support all digital campaigns (SEO/SEM and Social) for the region. - Analyze sales numbers and customer behavior / market trends - evaluate data to optimize success and interpret results and figures to improve performance. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE : - MBA Degree or equivalent in Marketing. - 8+ years of experience in a similar position. - Highly organized and self-driven, excelling in both communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent time-management and organizational skills. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders throughout the organization. - Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, marked by assertiveness, agility, a positive outlook, and sharp business insight. - Detail-oriented and structured, with a proactive and innovative approach to driving sustainable growth. - Proficient in English, offering fluent written and verbal communication capabilities. - Travel: up to 30 - 40%
