Elevate is recruiting a Manager - UK-EU People Operations to join our global People Operations team. As the UK-EU People Operations Manager, you will lead the UK-EU People operations supporting UK-EU people programs to be delivered at scale. You will be responsible for planning and execution of our UK-EU benefits program. You will supervise a team providing benefits administration, payroll and People support services for the UK and EU regions, working with a global team and within all levels of the organization. Specifically, you will: - Lead the payroll and benefits function in the EU region. - Manage timely and accurate monthly payrolls. - Manage and maintain accurate HRIS data workflows, reporting and reconciliation between internal and external payroll and benefits HRIS. - Manage standard operating procedures ensuring they are maintained, up-to-date and fit for purpose. - Responsible for ensuring the Company are compliant with statutory regulations in the EU region. - Responsible for the participation in European salary surveys used by the business. - Build good relations with colleagues, HR Managers/ Business Partners, resolving issues and questions in a helpful, solution orientated manner and establish unified working relationships with the aim of optimising alignment between functional and strategic HR priorities. - Work with Finance functions to ensure employee payroll costs are reported promptly and costed accurately for the purpose of both internal financial management and external reporting. - Manage internal and external auditing requirements. - Proactively identify and suggest continuous improvement across all aspects of payroll and benefits platforms and processes. - Manage 3rd party relationship with external payroll bureau. - Manage companies benefits portfolio and all supplier / broker management ensuring the Company receives optimum cost leverage, value and service delivery. - Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and work collaboratively with global colleagues to share best practices. - Perform other duties as assigned. Experience : - Prior experience working with EU benefits structure. - Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field required. - At least three years of experience in related areas such as job classification and compensation, recruitment, selection, training, EU payroll and employee benefits, and/or equal opportunity compliance required. Skills for Success : - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Thorough understanding of European region involving employment, HR, and benefits administration. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. - Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS, payroll, and similar human resource management software and practices.
