Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Strategy :
- To influence and support campaign strategies by using methodical performance analysis. Benchmark performance across all online channels.
Reporting and Analysis :
- Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable. Analyzing the effect of different online and offline channels on each other and insights based on available analytics data. Developing and implementing innovative strategies for improvement and growth.
Analytical and Technical :
- Spotting potential to implement innovative new methodologies and improve analytical.Proactively flag areas of opportunity, as well as areas of optimization and performance procedure. To deep dive and troubleshoot campaign performance issues and propose methodical optimization tests using available data sources.
Communication :
- Collaborating with various business units to ensure timely execution of the assigned Projects. Work with internal and external Product, IT, Design and Operations teams to build requirements to manage various social media platforms as per industry needs.

- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and initiatives
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects
- Self-starter. Must ask questions and learn new skills quickly on the job.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment
Qualifications/Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree and experience in digital marketing, or related fields with expertise in statistical analysis, digital reporting.
- Experience in managing highly interactive social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube,LinkedIn, Google+ etc.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent writing & verbal communication.
- Proven ability to work independently with little direction to achieve accomplishments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and Agents.
- Ability to excel in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
