Job Description:

As the Head of Solution Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our business by leading the delivery of our innovative solutions. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth from existing customers, improving our product delivery experience, and fostering customer success. This role offers a generous ESOP grant.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ownership of Business KPIs:

- Drive revenue growth from existing customers through effective solution delivery and customer relationship management.

- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Continuously monitor and analyse KPIs related to business performance.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with various departments, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless product delivery.

- Identify areas of improvement in the product delivery process and work on optimising efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Customer Success:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

- Understand customer needs and align our solutions to their specific requirements.

- Resolve customer issues and ensure their overall satisfaction.

4. Product Improvement:

- Act as the voice of the customer within the organisation, providing valuable insights for product enhancements and development.

- Work closely with the product team to translate customer feedback into product improvements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.

- Strong background in SaaS solution delivery.

- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successful project execution.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining customer relationships.

- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.

- Strategic thinking and the ability to drive revenue growth.
