Job Overview

Join a venture capital funded, rapidly growing Indian sports brand in our company's marketing department. Your role will be to structure, execute, analyze and optimize all paid digital marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone with a strong analytical data driven mindset who enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Performance Marketing strategy & planning

- Help define strategy & budgets across all platforms for digital ads

- Allocate spend & decide campaign structuring for Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, and all online marketplaces

- Work with agencies and platform account managers to drive performance

- Digital Campaign Delivery, Analytics & Optimization (Facebook; Instagram; Google)

- Own all performance marketing delivery by managing campaigns on Facebook, Google & Youtube Ads with a focus on maximizing ROI.

- Use analytical tools to monitor and run A/B tests to improve campaign structure, ads and website performance.

- Online Marketplace Campaign Management

- Manage campaigns on Horizontal (Amazon, Flipkart) & Vertical (Myntra, Ajio, etc) Marketplaces

- Work with category/account managers to plan campaigns for platform events

Required Experience & Attributes:

- Bachelor / Masters degree in relevant fields

- 5 to 10 years of total experience, including at least 2 years of experience leading performance marketing at a reputed agency, consultancy or consumer brand

- Familiarity with driving and championing metrics like CPC, CPM, Cost per Conversion, ROI

- Excellent understanding of paid marketing channels (Google, Facebook) & online marketplaces

- Strong Interpersonal, communication and excel skills
