Job Overview : Join a venture capital funded, rapidly growing Indian sports brand and take a leadership role in growing our sales through online marketplaces. In this role you will directly work with the founders of the brand, and you will have the P&L responsibility of the Marketplace vertical (all eCommerce channels) in Sales. Role and Responsibilities : - You will be responsible for end-to-end management of the brand on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, TataCliq, Nykaa, Ajio, etc. - Build and manage relationships with category managers, account managers, marketing managers at the various marketplaces - Manage and create product listings, product advertisements, brand pages, enhanced content pages (A+ content) - Manage all on platform advertising & marketing initiatives to increase sales & profit - Business planning including sales forecasting, budgeting, contribution margins, and value chain management. - Conducting ongoing research to evaluate pricing strategy, visibility, content performance and keyword optimization - Build MIS for meaningful reporting of inventory, marketing funnel and sales including using advanced on platform reports like Amazon pi to generate valuable insights Required Attributes : - Proven experience working at marketplaces or managing online marketplaces at consumer brands - Strong leadership, presentation and communication skills - An analytical mind, comfortable with making data-driven decision - Self-motivated team player, eager to work at a young startup
