Responsibilities:
In search of a dynamic Manager to join our Marketplace team:
- Development of e-com Marketing plan - ensuring visibility during peak seasons and sustenance for always on better visibility compared to competition
- Work with IT partners/ ecom portal partners/ Digital agency for development of Brand store/ Brand pages - Curating content, creatives, photoshoots, videos and other brand related content for e-com portals. Ensuring brand has a premium imagery compared to competition
- To develop merchandise specific stories for e-com portals including content development, blogs, stories, creatives
- Development of channel specific promotion Targeted Plans in line with marketing plan to ensure maximum CPM/ CPC and top listing across portals
- Co-ordination with marketing counter parts of E-commerce channels on continuous basis for Ad. Plans/ innovations and joint promotional plans
- Analytics to track RoI of campaigns, traffic movement to and from page, retargeting potential users etc
- Competition tracking to get the best practices from other brands on e-commerce channels
- Developing the communications strategies for the category and delivering the same through ATL/BTL
- Managing the listing on e-commerce platforms- Creatives, communication, content, optimization and refresh, Monitoring ratings and reviews
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve sales performance
- Analyse various data points in order to deliver data driven strategies for achieving performance
- Ensuring city wise inventory fills to avoid stock out on platform.
- Creating MIS reports
- Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Grow sales in these channels to meet overarching company goals
Requirements:
- Experience developing and overseeing marketplace sales, Knowledge of ad-based marketing on e-commerce platforms
- At least 2 years' of experience in a similar role
