Position: Assistant Brand Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3+ years brand management or marketing experience (Experience in the D2C industry is a must)
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, with a track record of successful brand campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker and copy writing skill with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and market research methodologies
Responsibilities
- Design, and track brand health parameters through research
- Develop an annual brand calendar, manage budgets and track expenditures.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Plan, coordinate and timely execute all strategic and tactical campaigns for marketing as well as other cross-functional teams - with help from internal teams and/or external agencies.
- Planning & execution of Digital Marketing Strategies & Social Media Marketing
- Lead brand collaboration and partnership opportunities
- Manage the creation of social media strategies and handle all social media platforms.
- Identify & liaise with relevant influencers, negotiate fair rates, and ensure the relevant agreements are in place.
- Plan and execute successful social media and influencer campaigns. build a database of highly engaging influencers.
- Taking care of influencer marketing
- Work on increasing brand awareness and audience engagement across social media platforms
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions.
- Analyse and report on brand performance to determine ROI.
- Monitor market and consumer trends and stay up to date with market trends.
- Will be responsible for all PR activities
