Job Description Candidate profile:

Business Development:

- To evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop new business opportunities.

- To identify new customers and market.

- To develop a new product after studying the market.

- To manage the accurate and on-time introduction of new products.

- To attend conferences and industry events.

- To establish strategy to ensure achievement of overall business objectives.

- To increase sales of the business.

Operations Management:

- To look after the general management of the Machine Manufacturing Division (MMD) from order receipt to dispatch.

- To look after over all activities in order execution i.e. Design, Production planning & control, Procurement, Assembly, Machine shop, Fabrication, QC and Customer service.

- To ensure that production targets are achieved and in line with the market/customer requirement.

- To implementing systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall production operations and enhance operational efficiency.

- To manage customer requirements in total and ensure timely deliveries to clients as per schedule.

- Initiate and develop creative and innovative manufacturing processes.

- Candidate should have minimum 25 years of production experience in heavy machinery, automation or equipment manufacturing industries with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

- Demonstrable experience of leading a manufacturing function with a proven track record in strategic manufacturing leadership delivering effective manufacturing strategies, policies, processes and systems

- Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvements

- Well versed with Plant Operations, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Vendor Management, Cost Reduction, Man Management, and Quality Control.

- Process and system-oriented person.
