Urgent Opening for Operations Head

Key Functions & Responsibilities :

- Formulating and Implementing operations processes.

- Operational Risk Department activities.

- Identification, Designing, addition, roll-out, monitoring & reporting in the Operations and Risk Management Committee.

- Process & Policy Notes Review

- Loss Data Management & Risk management

- Monitoring and evaluating for any Operational Risk involves in the business.

- Monitoring Operational Activities of the Branches.

- Working with sales team to draw smooth process.

Behavioral Competencies Required :

a. Presentable, Proactive, self-starter & a continuous learner with good communication skills is a must.

b. Prior experience in a managerial position handling techno-commercial aspect in related industries preferred

c. Minimum experience of 10 yrs. in BFSI

d. Willingness to travel intensively across the mentioned geographies.
