As a Sales Manager, you will play a significant role who will provide a vital line of support to the organization in many ways like :

Here's what you'll have to do day-to-day :

1. Meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.

2. Devising marketing strategies & techniques necessary for meeting sales targets.

3. The overall planning will include both offline and online marketing channels

- Lead team of marketing staff and inside sales representatives (counselors / Tele-callers). Maintain & create metrics to measure the effectiveness & efficiency of team members.

4. Recruitment, staffing, training, and performance evaluation of the sales team. Streamline sales & sales operation processes.

5. Developing sales and market strategies by analyzing the market scenario and making business development strategies based on user analysis and feedback.

6. Passing on the key consumer insights to help in product development.

- To create marketing funnels for continuous lead generation and conversion. Lead nurturing & to manage CRM, marketing automation and map potential customers.

- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue, generate timely sales reports.
