eLearning Developer - Captivate/Storyline/Camtasia/Rise

POSITION : Elearning Developer - Captivate, Storyline, Camtasia, Rise

- It will be Work from Office (Well connected with Metro) and 6 days a week.

- 1-4 years on eLearning and/or multi-media development

- Combination of creative design skills and technical knowledge; experience with graphic design, video, micro-learning, responsive design, gamification, simulations, animation/motion graphics preferred

- Proficiency with various eLearning tools (i.e. Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Lectora, etc.) and knowledge of responsive design and advanced actions, audio editing program (i.e. Audacity), and Learning Management Systems

- Intermediate to advanced skill in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, HTML5 and CSS

- Ability to bring innovation to the team, and partner to troubleshoot/solve multi-faceted technology issues

- Experience designing for a millennial audience with stimulating ideas - NOT your - traditional- eLearning design.

- Skills that are demonstrated by timely task completion and quality of deliverable's.

- Flexible, upbeat and energetic attitude - self-starter with the ability to quickly build strong partnerships, effectively communicate needs and challenges

- Highly collaborative and open to multiple perspectives, work both independently and collaboratively to achieve outcomes.

Job Description (Indicative Only):

- The Elearn developer will own and manage all required tasks assigned for each project.

- The turnaround times for these projects are very quick and the Developer may be asked to work on multiple programs each day.

- The candidate must be able to juggle multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines and possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Sharp attention to detail is a must.
