International Sales Specialist (Chemicals)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote sales growth; proactively identify and execute new business opportunities for Elchemy's products & services for global markets
- Develop and execute sales strategy in line with business objectives
- Leverage existing experience in chemical sales to establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of chemical products, their applications, and technical know-how to meet customer needs
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape and industry developments; analyse market data to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market changes
- Negotiate long-term contracts with (& act as an advisor to) key accounts
- Develop insights and take data driven decisions
Skills and Qualifications: - 6+ years' experience in chemical sales with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of various chemicals and their applications is a must
- Strong business acumen with the knowledge of chemical industry
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills to proactively identify challenges and propose solutions
- Should have ability to engage with C-level executives & decision-makers
- Should have an excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- An educational background in international business or an MBA from a reputed university or a bachelor's degree in Chemistry or similar
