It was founded in the latter half of 2021 in the backdrop of global supply chain shocks induced due to the pandemic making the opportunity ripe for disruption. The founders of the company are alumni of IIT-B, IIT-D, and IIM-A, and have previously worked at places like Amazon, Samsung, P&G, and SRF. Within just 2 months of launch, the company secured $2M in pre-seed funding from marquee VCs and angel investors, including promoters of some of the publicly listed chemical companies. Elchemy is revolutionising the $50Bn chemical exports industry, growing at an upwards of 10% y-o-y. We are determined to change how trade happens in this industry. The opportunity is huge & possibilities are endless. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist at Elchemy. You will be responsible for building the entire marketing engine. You will work closely with the leadership & sales/BD teams to strategize, implement & execute targeted media campaigns to deliver lead generation & revenue goals. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop & oversee growth marketing strategies & campaigns at Elchemy, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, & paid advertising
- Define Key Performance Metrics; leverage various tools/platforms & analyse behavioural data to craft data-driven strategies & improve these metrics
- Create brand marketing campaigns for Elchemy (in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders) to increase brand awareness & business growth
- Lead Elchemy's content strategy to create valuable content establishing ourselves as the 'Gateway' to the Indian chemical industry
- Spearhead engagement vehicles like marketing emails, newsletters, blogs, etc.
- Implement strategies to increase Elchemy's online presence organically; strategize & work on long-term SEO strategy; manage all social media platforms
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in Growth Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Experience with Google analytics, web analytics, SEO/SEM along with strong knowledge of paid social media (FB/LinkedIn etc.) marketing tools is a must
- Should have a proven track record of running successful growth campaigns
- Should have an excellent verbal/oral communication & presentation skills
- Should have managed marketing for B2B brands or B2B businesses in the past
- Should have an ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced cross-functional teams
- Should have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, strong business acumen, good network, can commit & take ownership; should have high EQ
