ElaWoman - Vice President - Sales

Looking for AVP - Sales with minimum 10 years of work experience on FULL time basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle a team of team leaders - sales & quality team with 10-12 direct reportees and 50-60 staff indirectly reporting

- Able to set & achieve team targets, keep the team motivated to set higher benchmarks

- Manage inter-team, inter-manager & interpersonal dynamics & maintain positive environment in the entire sales & quality team

- Manage & schedule trainings, identify improvement areas, schedule regular on job trainings for employees

- Manage relationships with Hospitals, Clinics, Centre Heads, Finance team, HR Team, Training team to ensure smooth coordination of business & achieve month on month growth

- Resolve partner, customer, team disputes in a pragmatic yet positive manner

- Provide customer support & execute sales for the company services into Women Health Care

- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English

- Awesome at making customer relationships and meeting sales targets

- Day to day dealings and updates with doctors and clinics

- Good at objection handling and solving problems

- Impeccable customer handling skills and good Communication skills

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Qualification -

Bachelor's (Minimum)

Experience - Min. 5 years of relevant experience

Skills -

- Strong communication skills

- Great Influencing or pitching capability

- Have experience of team hiring, management, engagement

- Have experience of sales, understanding customer requirements and over achieving targets

- Basic Computers including Google search, MS Office - Word, Powerpoint, Excel

- Adept at quick decision making, in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
