The role requires the person to work with some of the exciting brands and build market for them in newer territories. The person will build a motivated sales teams and coach them. The person will bring a rich knowledge of sales best practices from the industry. The person will work with leadership bring disruption in the distribution domain.   The sales leader would be measured on the target achievements and team goals.  For an ambitious and go-getter there is no limit to the career growth.  Responsibilities:  - Help sell new products and establish sales channels for these brands. Most of brands will be in virgin territories for ElasticRun and candidate will build business in these territories from grounds up.  - The person will build and maintain excellent business relationships with customers and make sure that the established markets are continuously nurtured  - Plan and define annual targets with senior management. The person will then use these targets to plan the sales force required, monthly goals and weekly goals. The person will track his and teams- performance against these set goals.  - Establish mechanisms to track accounts receivables and ensure timely collection of the receivables.  - The person will spend most of his time in the field exploring opportunities, coaching the teams and getting the first-hand information on the progress being made  Skill-set :  - The person will be driven by numerical targets and will drive his team by targets  - The candidate ideally should have a strong experience in selling products in HoReCa or GT/RT segment. But candidates from other FMCG sales domains are also welcome  - The Candidate should understand how to measure competition and accordingly have tactics and strategies to respond  - Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS-Office products  - Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills  - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
