Taxation Manager Job Description: 1. Experience in conducting business review from Indirect Tax optimisation perspective 2. Latest update in law need to be studied and its impact on the Company taxation need to be assessed and presented to leadership team. 3. Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices in the system with the help of technology team. 4. Resolve queries of various teams related to GST 5. Experience of handling the team of 5-6 persons. 6. Hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating team members. 7. Manage and coordinate GST audits 8. Timely reconciliation of tax balances as per GST portal with the general ledger of the books. 9. Hands on Experience on GSTR - 1/ 2A, 3B, 9 and 9C. 10. Timely Follow up with the concerned teams within the organisation w.r.t GST 2Areconciliation 11. Manage external tax authorities and consultants locally and regionally 12. Preparing replies of Show Cause Notice and appeals, assistance in departmental audit in consultation with the external consultants. 13. Must have minimum 5 years exp post CA 14. Preferable Industry - FMCG, Manufacturing
