1.Strong operations management to effectively manage daily payments operations and manage customers communication 2. Experience of handling the team of more than 10 people. 3. Ensure invoices are processed correctly and compliant to government/tax requirements and identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues. 4. Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices in the system with the help of technology team. 5. Ensures that the accounts payable and the company's financial obligations are met efficiently. 6. Hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating Accounts Payable staff members. 7. Be active on the customer service front and be quick and accurate with communication. 8. Standardize procedures to generate efficiency in-house and create internal templates to be used by the company. 9. Candidate should have minimum 5 years work experience 10. Core experience of AP/AR 11. Education - CA/MBA/M.com
