Job Description : Business Partnering : - Work closely with management and employees to build strong business relationships, improve morale, and increase productivity and retention. Includes day-to-day employee development and coaching. - Create and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap focused around best-in-class initiatives leveraging data to implement strategies that promote and achieve a culture of excellence and high engagement. - Advise management on trends in retention strategies, employee performance management, and engagement to maximize the employee experience by partnering with managers and division leaders to play a key role in the design, implementation, and management of the employment lifecycle. - Work to proactively identify, prevent, and resolve complex employee relations issues in a thorough, timely, and objective manner. HR Operations : - Implementation of HR policies and procedures and follow-ups for their adherence. - Ensuring adherence to Statutory Compliance standards. Continually maintain deep knowledge of HR legal and regulatory requirements and advise the business accordingly. - Managing the operational aspect to ensure that transactional changes in HR are well executed. Budgeting, Accounting, and Auditing. Performance Management : - Designing and implementing the performance management process to foster a performance-focused environment. - Use available research, reporting and analytics tools to drive strategic conversations with business leaders as well as identify opportunities to improve existing or develop new performance management programs. Skill Sets : - 15+ years of experience in Human Resources; 7+ years leading a Talent (HRBP) team - Master's Degree (Full Time) in Human Resources from premiere institute would be preferred. - Experience creating and maintaining a healthy, productive culture in a fast-paced organization. - Experience partnering with all levels of the organization, spanning across multiple departments, and C-Level positions. - Experience in developing and executing talent processes, procedures, and compliance requirements coupled with best practices. - Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and facilitation skills. - Demonstrates strong business and personal integrity, as well as ethical decision making, including the management of confidential information. - Business acumen associated with a technology company, including the ability to understand how the Talent function fits into the business/department. - Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills. - Team first attitude who can build collaborative relationships with other Talent leaders and specialist areas within Talent. - Travel occasionally required.
