Hiring for Key Account Manager (Comex) - for Elastic Run (NTex Transportation )

- The Elastic run is a well-funded, very fast-growing organization headquartered at Pune, with a presence across India.
- Started in 2015, they have 1500 on-roll and 7000+ off-roll employees. They plan to grow 3x in 2020.
- Most of the senior management is from Premium MBA institutes (including 8 from IIMA, 3 from IIMC, and many others)
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key partners
- Resolving key client issues and complaints
- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
- Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
- Working with the sales team, operations, and pricing team members to ensure the required margins and the top line is met
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
- Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
