Role: Emerging Leader


Organization Context:


ElasticRun is a Deep-Reach Kirana Commerce Platform, unlocking the next wave of consumption in rural India. The platform aggregates Brands and Kirana stores, helping businesses to reach traditionally unserved stores, get permanent shelf space and then mind space of consumers. Technology is at the heart of our platform, a demand generation and fulfilment engine, crowdsourced logistics network; makes it possible to serve small ticket sizes of individual stores.


Emerging Leader will be a part of YLDP (Young Leaders Development Program). This program is designed to recruit high caliber management professionals from the desired industries for various functions to build the future leaders within the organization. After joining, the Emerging Leader shall lead business critical projects and work under the guidance of the founders & leadership team. After successful completion of the project/s, the leader shall lead stretched business roles in the Company.


Job responsibilities:


- Ability to break down an operational (Sales/Proc/Ops) problem.


- Should be able to objectively define key input metric and measure output metric.


- Shows technology acumen skills.


- Keen to do field roles and open to relocate anywhere in India.


- Ability to build the Sales / Operations / Procurement Engine.


- Expected Workstream


- Incumbents will be deployed in the business functions.


- Expected to build scalable and self-sustaining business.


Desired Candidate Profile


- Excellent problem-solving skills.


- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.


- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment


- Ability to deal with ambiguity situations.


- Creative and result driven thinker with a willingness to hustle.


- Cross Functional dealing exposure


- Proven ability to develop teams and people.


- Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization


Education Qualifications: Tier 1 and 2 Engineering or MBA colleges


Location: Anywhere in India, should be open to relocate as per the business requirement.
