Role: Senior Coverage Banker - Investment Banking, Responsible for business origination and execution for TMT (Technology, Media and Telecom) Sector.

Reporting to : Head of Investment Banking

Location : Mumbai

Job Description:

- Responsible for coverage of corporate clients in TMT Sector.

- Deal origination and execution in TMT and Digital verticals.

- Role includes generating business/ mandates for M&A, Private Equity and Equity Capital Markets, fund raising (IPOs, QIPs)

- Bringing new corporate relationships to the company and maintaining & nurturing the existing ones

- Developing the eco system for TMT

- Focus will be both on domestic and cross border deals

- Sector focus - Technology, Media, Telecom

Requirement:

- Strong industry client relationships and relationships with Private Equity Funds

- Experience in sector coverage and origination

- At least 10+ years of experience in investment banking space

- Candidate shall be analytical, multi-tasker, persuasive, should possess excellent number crunching skills and be able to lead and manage team of up to 5.
