Job Summary

The job involves:

- To administer and analyze Brokerage rate structure and transaction feeds

- Ensure smooth & timely management of Exchange Obligation operations (pay in and pay out)

- Manage and control daily Bank reconciliation functions and Cash Flow Management

- Finalization of Accounts - Quarterly & Annual

- Handling Internal Audit & Exchange Audits

- MIS at regular intervals

- Ability to liaise with client as well as external agencies

- Ability to understand Brokerage processing in Stock Broking industry

- Handling direct and indirect taxation matters

- Assisting and coordinating in finalization of account

- Compliance relating to holding company & subsidiary

- Shall get an opportunity to work with our International Offices

Skills and Experience:

- Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant, a minimum of 3 years of work experience preferable in Stock Broking Industry

- Should be very good in excel

- Should have basic knowledge of financial sector and SEBI Guidelines

- Exposure of Transfer Pricing

- Understanding of financial checks and controls and implementation of the same

Key Responsibilities:a

- Finalization and Presentation of Financial Statements

- Day to day accounting supervision

- Taxation direct and Indirect (Service Tax ) including half yearly and Annual returns
