1. Strengthen relationships with Private equity Funds and other investment firms that have portfolios of companies or ownership stakes in companies.

2. Leverage their relationship and advise PE funds on their portfolio companies regarding M&A targets, exit options on and off exchange and strategic divestment opportunities.

3. Show casing fresh / related investment ideas

4. Originate business from Indian and foreign private equity firms to achieve strong fee income

5. Hands-on relationship management with PE Funds along with firms product / coverage teams.

Candidates Profile :

1. Candidate with 7+ years of prior successful experience in managing PE and Funds relationships, with connect with principals and partners.

2. Extensive experience in servicing Top 10 PE houses through multiple engagements.

3. Demonstrated success in getting mandates and successful execution of mandates.

4. Ability to proactively understand funds requirements and be able to develop suitable solutions in consultation with firms product / coverage banking teams.

5. Good understanding of multiple sectors / businesses.

6. Well versed with various products / services which could be of relevance to financial sponsors.
