Elara Capital - Equity Research Associate - Metals & Cement Sector

1. Job profile will include preparing thematic work, supporting daily coverage

2. Collecting financial data using on-line and other data sources such as Bloomberg and Reuters

3. Responsible for developing Financial Models in coordination with Lead Analyst

4. Interpretation of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss statements

5. Ability to carry out Ratio Analysis and Regression analysis

6. Analyzing companies in the sector and to aid in preparing research reports with Maximum Impact

Skills and Experience :

1. Should have minimum 1-3 years of experience in Equity Research

2. Should have good analytical capabilities leading to the development of actionable ideas

3. Strong Accounting and Financial skills

4. Advanced level of Excel knowledge and PowerPoint Presentation

5. Familiarity with research software like Capital-line, Bloomberg, Reuters, etc

6. Excellent communication, Relationship management and Networking skills

7. Ability to work in a self-managed, entrepreneurial environment and should be a good team player
