Elara Capital - Equity Research Associate

1. Job profile will include preparing thematic work, supporting daily coverage

2. Collecting financial data using on-line and other data sources such as Bloomberg and Reuters

3. Responsible for developing Financial Models in co-ordination with Lead Analyst

4. Interpretation of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss statements

5. Ability to carry out Ratio Analysis and Regression analysis

6. Analyzing companies in the sector and to aid in preparing research reports with maximum Impact

Skills and Experience:

1. Should have minimum 1-3 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of the sector

2. Should have good analytical capabilities leading to development of actionable ideas

3. Strong Accounting and Financial skills

4. Advanced level of Excel knowledge and PowerPoint Presentation

5. Familiarity with research software like Capital-line, Bloomberg, Reuters, etc

6. Excellent communication, Relationship management, and Networking skills

7. Ability to work in a self managed, entrepreneurial environment and should be a good team player

Candidate with Following Sector knowledge is preferred :

- Oil & Gas

- Diversified Financial (NBFC / Insurance)

- Chemical / Fertilizer / Agriculture
