- 10 years plus experience with deep sector experience and corporate relationships

- Deep understanding of sector and businesses, drivers, challenges and strategies for businesses

- Demonstrated experience in business development, mandate generation and deal closure

- Ability to engage with promoters, CFOs etc for business scoping and developing tailored solutions with respect to M&A;, PF and ECM solutions

- Sweet spot for our firm will be for M&A; PE Deals and ECM Fund Raising between USD 10-40 Mn

- CTC - depending on experience, past achievements and capabilities. Will prefer candidates who are open to an attractive income linked incentive structure.

- Go getters with hunger to develop relationships and business.

- Sector Focus

Primarily we are looking for candidates with following sectoral focus:

1. Diversified Financials including Banking, NBFC, Micro Finance, HFC and Fintech

2. Consumer Businesses including FMCG, Apparel, Retailing, QSR, Food Processing etc

3. Real Estate.
