Elara Capital - Associate Economist - Institutional Equity

Role :

- Assist the lead economist to help track macro data, and identify and analyze macroeconomic trends and triggers.

- Assist in writing sections of high frequency data releases/research periodicals/thematic reports

- Create and maintain quantitative and analytical models, charts and tables

Experience :

- 4+ years of experience working on Indian economy in financial markets / think tanks, with a good understanding of key macro data and relevant economic policy

Skills :

- Advanced knowledge of statistical and econometrics tools/ Econometrics time series analysis.

- Proficiency in Advanced Excel/Spreadsheet Modelling.

- Working knowledge of databases like Bloomberg/CEIC/CMIE

- Strong Presentation skills in terms of story boarding, structuring thoughts
