1) Extensively worked on Pitches, Roadshow Presentation

2) Sound knowledge of Financial parameters

3) Deal execution experience

4) Regulatory Knowledge for some of ECM products

Education:

1) MBA / CA /CS

2) CFA Candidacy is a plus

3) LLB candidacy is a plus

Conceptual / Theoretic knowledge:

1) Good understanding of regulatory framework applicable to various ECM products.

2) Corporate Finance Fundamentals

3) Understanding of Valuation of companies

4) Good at analyzing Financial statements

5) Understanding of basic concepts of Macroeconomics

6) Market awareness in terms stocks and deals
