Job Description

1. This position provides tremendous opportunities for contribution and value addition by getting involved in end to end processes of the ECM business.

2. Opportunity to work across ECM products - IPOs, QIPs, OFS, Buy Backs, Right Issues etc.

3. Position involves working on all aspects of the ECM Business execution, including interaction with clients, co-bankers, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Law Firms etc.

4. Apart from execution, candidate will also get opportunity to be involved in the ECM business development processes, including identification of prospects, industry and company research, identifying and suggesting the right product to the client, making pitch books & presentations etc.

5. Involvement with clients and law firms in preparation of DRHP, undertaking due - diligence and managing the overall stage wise execution till listing stage.

6. Develop and maintain relationships with Stock exchanges and SEBI

7. Good understanding of regulatory framework applicable to various ECM products.

8. Analytical and financial modeling skills and would contributes to the development of presentation materials, transaction documents, financial models and analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. An aptitude to undertake extensive research and data search. Ability to find meaning and insights from data collected.

2. Understanding of Due diligence required for Equity Capital Market Transaction (i.e. IPO, QIP, Open Offer, FPO etc)

3. In-depth knowledge of SEBI ICD regulations, takeover code, listing law, delisting regulations.

4. Proficiency in making power point presentations.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6. Willingness to learn and work in teams

Qualifications

1. CAs/ MBA Finance with good academic record.
