Role: PDI Trainer
Reporting to: Head of PDI
Compensation:
Responsibilities:
- Identify learning needs of employees and arrive at learning outcomes to improve employee performance
- Research, design and facilitate training programs (in online as well as offline mode)
- Track attendance records and learning growth records of employees
- Evaluate program effectiveness through participation and feedback data and work towards improving the process
- Create and maintain a training material repository
- Coordinate and organize offline training sessions at different venues
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to present complex ideas in a simple and visual manner
- Adept with tech tools required for training and facilitation
- Ability to research and organize learning material on a need basis
- Being detail oriented
- Ability to connect with people
