Role: Process analyst, School Transformation & Expansion Team

Require an MBA / BBA candidate from Tier 1 / 2 colleges, with excellent communication skills to work with the ST&E team - closely with the Founder's office.

Experience in the education sector would be an added advantage

Education / skills requirement :

- MBA / BBA graduate from tier 1 / 2 colleges - prior work experience not mandatory

- Excellent communication and networking skills - need to work closely with other teams

- Excellent presentation and drafting skills

- Ability to learn, understand and acquire new skills on the job

- Proactive and accountable for work responsible

Leadership abilities:

- Ability to plan and work towards the vision of expansion

- Willing to move across campuses for working along with teams

Job description :

- Assist in codifying internal processes by building SOPs, streamlining document templates, etc.

- Ensure implementation of standard processes across campuses and new schools

- Timely audit and reporting of gaps in internal processes

- Closely interact and work with diverse teams to build, standardize, and implement processes

- Data handling, management and streamlining

- Independent timely reviews to ensure standardization of processes planned vs implemented

- Work closely with the Founder's office
