The Student Development department curates resources and supports the execution of all extra-curricular activities. The aim of this department is to provide qualitative growth opportunities to students outside of the classroom. This role will require you to manage stakeholders, provide resources for execution of projects, monitor and streamline the flow, analyse and cover gaps, provide support as required, collect feedback, and maintain data.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Build relationships well across the organisation and externally

- Build a thorough understanding of all business management activities for the portfolio companies

- Drive executive-level operations - strategic planning, business reviews, and Board meetings

- Facilitate effective decision-making throughout the organisation.

- Ability to summarise and present complex topics effectively to a broad audience.- Experience in organising and managing cross-functional projects

- Any other ad-hoc tasks and projects as directed by the founder

Professional Background:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's; A Masters in Engineering / CA /Business management/MBA from Tier 1 Institution is preferred

- 2+ years of experience in Private Equity/management consulting, venture capital, investment banking, corporate strategy, product management, or similar
