We need a National Head with 12-15 years of work exposure to lead our team for Insurance. The successful applicant will be responsible for augmenting the insurance business at Eko. We seek a professional with proven growth record, business planning acumen, ability to motivate, experience of leading product innovation, experience in cross-sell initiatives, with an achiever's attitude. The roles and responsibilities of the recruit shall be: Technology : - Set up distribution network through automation and digital marketing - Lead tech-enabled best in class productivity, quality and cost optimization Business&nbsp;: - Own and drive the revenue and P&amp;L - Ideate and implement go to market strategy for distribution network Data analytics : - Make data backed business decisions - Predict, control, reduce business risks using data Our ideal candidate should be : - Attracted to new gadgets, ideas and technology - Ability to pace an inning - Loves to put his skills to test - Is passionate about something, beyond self - Great story teller &amp; blogger - Agile/Project management pro - Impeccable understanding of channel sales Qualification and experience : - Should have a minimum of graduate degree - Should have over 12 to 15 years of sales experience in an insurance company or an insurance intermediary - Should be results-oriented professional with strategic, administrative and operations experience in insurance domain - Experience in business development, product management, and strategy in the Insurance Industry - Should be able to demonstrate leadership skills with ability to plan, prioritize and multitask A word of caution : - If you are in sales because you like talking in general, meeting new people blah blah then this job is not for you.
