As Chief of staff you will :

Work directly with Kartik Sheth, Founder and CEO to provide capacity and help execute an aggressive growth plan. Kartik is an Industry Scholar from IIM Ahmedabad with experience at Airtel, Unilever and McKinsey & Company. He is a visiting professor at BiTSOM and Ashoka University.

This is a career accelerant role where you will be pushed hard, wear lots of hats across functions and will eventually pick up one of these priorities as a full-time role.

Core expectations from potential candidates are:

- Strong problem solving. This is a generalist role and much of the work will need first-principles problem solving skills. We are a highly data oriented organisation and numerical ability will be essential.

- Keen sense of organisation. This is a highly process oriented role which will help organise key initiatives and OKRs for the company. Being highly organised through calendars and spreadsheets will be critical to success.

- Collaborative skills. You will work closely with senior leaders and young team members with the power of the CEO office. Executing to plan while being empathetic and helpful is key.

- Bias for action. In a startup, there is little or no gap between thinking, action and impact. High levels of energy and urgency are needed.

- External orientation. Networking within the ecosystem and bringing in fresh thinking will help add significant value to the CEO and the organization.

- We are looking for candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience in a startup, consulting firm or similar role in a corporate. Quality B-school education is a plus. E-Commerce or D2C experience is invaluable.
