About the Role

You will help organization by supporting their decision making through your analytics, heavily data-driven approach, and problem solving mindset. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong analytical skills, excellent time-management, priority setting, the ability to clearly communicate and present data to stakeholders

Role & Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Product and Technology teams to measure performance

- Analyze data and product features impact in a seamless manner using Firebase, Big Query, Postgress and other systems

- Develop Reports and drive insights on business performance using data visualization tools eg Data Studio, Tableau etc.

- Measure performance of marketing initiatives and drive insights towards better ROI channels

- Coordinate with stakeholders to measure the impact and efficiency of new products and business processes

- Build, and maintain detailed dashboards for reporting

- Develop analytical frameworks to support the company in new initiatives and products

Skills/ Qualification Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in related technical field

- 2+ years of associated work experience

- Solid experience in writing SQL queries

- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools

- Knowledge in Python/R language will be an additional plus

- Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it

- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills

- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
