About the Position :

- The Director, Strategic Alliance is responsible for building strong business relationships with key partners, closely working together to achieve long-term goals and objectives to enhance & multiply business potential. This position maintains the highest partner satisfaction levels by addressing the partner inquiries, concerns, and requests timely and accurately.

- They also analyze current industry trends to identify business opportunities & business owners that would generate revenue resources and profitability.

- S/he will be key driver working with corporate partners - acquiring and managing relationships.

- As a part of this role, S/he will strategize the development and management of key relationships and alliances, including outreach, communications and strategy development that forms the core of the Eka business. The main objective of this role would be to manage company partnerships and alliances for the growth of the company in terms of revenue as well as otherwise.

Education : Bachelor's degree or higher. MBA and/or Industry specific courses are an added plus.

Skill Set & Experience :

- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience

- Proven experience of winning new business/alliances and scaling them.

- Prior experience of working in a similar role in a fast-paced internet or leading consumer tech company.

- Prior experience of Corporate development, having worked with SaaS companies and having managed global alliances & partnership will be preferred

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities :

- Strategic partnership development and Creation of partner programs and management.

- Acquire and set up for success large strategic partners and ensure ongoing revenues from them.

- Out of the box thinking with creative solutions and ways of partnering with some of world's largest companies.

- Develop the goals and objectives for target partnerships consistent with company corporate strategy, align sales, marketing, and services activities against those goals

- Exp in running quick pilots, improvise, and prioritize investments into different new partnerships.

- Manage internal and external partner programs, coordinate internal resources and communication, and manage to cross-functional and inter-company program plans

- Develop and execute partner marketing programs aligning partner activities with corporate strategy and manage communication across the broad partnership community.

- Work with the L&D team to onboard partner, partner training, go-to-market planning, and channel management.

- Excellent presentation skills with an ability to interact effectively with C-level executives and/or senior executive management.

- Depth experience in building financial and P&L model
