Splash Business Intelligence (An offshoot of EIS Technologies Private Limited), is looking for a Seasoned Marketing Expert with strong experience in Digital Marketing.

- An innovative thinker who can share her/his vision, gain buy-in and motivate others to drive inventive and impactful marketing.
- Manage overall marketing calendar, including major campaigns, product/offering launches, major events, and core marketing and communications maintenance activities.
- Ability to juggle a high-number of parallel campaigns and multiple campaign lists/audiences.
- Devise B2B Integrated Campaigns with a goal of acquiring and retaining customers.
- Serve as the marketing advisor to key stakeholders within areas of responsibility - assist with an articulation of value propositions and develop marketing objectives.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets for campaigns and achieve the targeted ROI for each Campaign.
- Demonstrated ability to develop marketing plans to drive business impact and relevance. Ability to coordinate & with onsite/Global teams to drive execution.
- Develop strategic briefs (business case) for potential marketing and communications campaigns; drive approval process for campaigns with the key leadership team.
- Develop, maintain, and drive prioritization of all marketing and communications campaign activities for specific areas of responsibility.
- Executive presence, professional Internal client service manner, demonstrated the ability to take initiative and be accountable for it.
- Bring innovative thinking to all Marketing and Communications activities and Communications.
- Evaluate & Manage Marketing tools & Services in the execution of campaigns; oversee, in conjunction with Marketing Services, delivery of campaigns.
- Clear understanding of available campaign technologies
- Possess the drive to constantly learn new technologies.
- Keep abreast of any current trends & competitive practices
- Serve as a liaison between key stakeholders, Marketing and Communications, and other areas.
- Deep understanding of the business and its strategies, with a focus on determining the target group/Segmentation of contacts.
- Ability to Write, Edit, and Proofread copy.
- Along with Marketing Services, develop (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success.
- High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities; ability to manage multiple and complex priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple and complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong persuasive communication skills; able to gain consensus through influence and pivot when warranted; ability to advise on alternative solutions.
- Self-motivated, confident individual who enjoys working as part of a global team and has demonstrated the ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
